Tagafon powder is an organophosphorus substance used as a veterinary anthelmintic. It is effective against a wide range of ectoparasites and endoparasites either by direct application or by oral administration. Tagafon powder has an excellent stomach poison action and a good contact & breathing poisons action. Tagafon powder has a broad spectrum of activity being especially effective for the control of parasites such as ascarides, bots, pinworms grubs, soreworms,lice, ticks of domestic animals. It has no action against flukes or tapeworms.
