Vaccine against panleucopenia, calicivirus and herpesvirus infection of cats. Composition – 1 ml: Active substances: Virus panleucopeniae contagiosae felis inactivatum min. 103.0 TCID50 Calicivirus felis inactivatum min. 105.5 TCID50 Herpesvirus felis inactivatum min. 105.0 TCID50 Excipients: Thiomersalum, Solvens oleicum Indication: For active immunization against panleucopenia, calicivirus and herpesvirus infection of cats. Contraindication: Do not use in case of overall febrile disease. Advice on correct administration: The animals are vaccinated at the age of 8 – 10 weeks and at least one revaccination is necessary. Revaccination is carried out within 3 – 4 weeks after the primary vaccination by the vaccine Biofel PCHR. The Biofel PCHR vaccine can be applied from the age of 3 months. The protective immunity is created within 2 – 4 weeks after revaccination. Further regular revaccinations by the vaccine Biofel PCHR are carried out in 12-month intervals. Shake content of the vial thoroughly before use. Only clinically healthy cats in good nutrition state should be vaccinated. Possible antiparasitic treatment should precede vaccination by at least ten days. Method of administration and dosage: Dose: 1 ml irrespective of age, weight and breed, but not sooner than in the eighth week of age. Method of administration: subcutaneously, preferably in the area behind the shoulder blade. Adverse reaction: Adequate local reaction can appear on the place of vaccine application (pea size as a rule) which disappears within 3 weeks. Hypersensitivity can occur only exceptionally.
